Return Policy

At Imbuere, we want you to love your jewelry! If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we offer a 20-day return policy for purchases made within the USA.

Return Requirements 

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met.                     

Timeframe: The return must be initiated within 20 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Jewelry must be in its original, unused condition with all tags still attached.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or email) must be provided    

Non-Sale Items: Only non-sale items may be returned. Unfortunately, items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

 

Important Notes for Returns:

Shipping Charges: All shipping charges associated with your order are non-refundable.

Returns that do not meet our return requirements may be subject to additional fees or may be declined.
